John Taylor the Water Poet - Pilot Project (Summer 2017)
This summer (2017) I am devising a pilot project on John Taylor the Water Poet and his journey around Wales in the summer of 1652. My project is a chance to test some research and engagement practices, and share more about this remarkable figure.
I am currently producing an annotated modern-spelling digital edition of his journey and I plan to publish that here and live tweet his travels during July, August and September from @DrJ_Gregory
The pilot project will culminate in my own journey to Cambridge in September, where I will present on John Taylor's journey around Wales and this experiment.
